Nozzle Heaters

Nozzle Resistances are a type of resistance that provides heating of the manifold main inlet nozzle and the main inlet nozzle. These resistance types are manufactured from 80/20 1100ºC chrome-nickel wire, high purity mica, natural mica, brass profile or stainless profile.

Energy outlets in Nozzle Heating Elements can be wired or with terminals or iron plugs. Nozzle Type Heaters are mica insulated and the operating temperature is maximum 350/400°C. Such resistances can be easily produced as self-contained thermocouples upon request. Minimum diameter is 25 mm and Maximum 100 mm in Nozzle Resistances, Minimum length is 25 mm and maximum diameter is 100 mm. In addition, it can be produced in different shapes according to the desired shape and technical drawing.

It is one of the most important resistors that can melt plastic raw materials. They are also specially produced to be used in bakelite presses.

Nozzle resistances, which are seen as environmentally friendly, are used in many different fields today.
