Manifold Heaters

Manifold Resistance, which is used for heating especially in mold and press machines, is one of the latest technology products and has features covering many different functions.

Manifold Heaters, which are defined as the distribution tool of the hot system in injection molds, are products that can reach very high temperature values. These products, designed in square and cylindrical form, are produced to meet industrial needs.

Manifold Heaters are generally manufactured in square section. It is aimed to provide high performance by increasing the contact surface with the manifold housing thanks to the square sections. In case of using square section resistances in the manifolds, the surface contact with the resistance increases and accordingly the manifolds reach the required heat in a shorter time. In this way, it not only extends the life of the resistance, but also provides energy savings to the user.
